Piping 2 Sky boxes and terrestrial to multiple rooms

Looking for some advice. Until recently, we had Freeview in 4 rooms - straight CT100 runs from the attic into each room, fed from a loft aerial and a cheap 4-way booster (actually and embarrassingly, there was a single output booster feeding the 4-way, but surprisingly it gave us a rock-solid Freeview signal until recently).
Recent intermittent transmitter work associated with the switch-over has made our marginal but previously reliable Freeview signal unusable at times so, rather than invest in a good outside aerial (which we probably won't need after the switchover power boost), we took advantage of the Sky + HD promotion. We already had a dish and Sky box (from the previous owner of the house), so rerouted the original livingroom LNB feed (from our new quad LNB) to a bedroom, so we now have Sky+ HD in the living room and a non-subscription Sky box in one bedroom.
Utilising the original downfeeds in the Sky equipped rooms as RF2 upfeeds and linking each to one of the downfeeds to the non-Sky rooms, we now have Sky+ piped to the Dining room and free-Sky piped to the kitchen. I await delivery of two remote eyes which will allow us to use the Sky remotes in those rooms (I hope).
My questions:
If I feed a second coax run to each of the Sky equipped rooms, will the following work - Aerial (possibly attic boosted) to Sky+ HD RF in; RF2 from Sky+HD to RF in on free Sky box; free Sky box RF2 to booster in attic feeding RF carrying terrestrial and both Sky box signals (tuned to different channels) to other TV's in the house?
If so and I make sure the 3 or 4-way booster has remote eye power bypass capability, will magic eyes in other rooms work with the respective remotes to work both Sky+ and free Sky boxes?
Am I missing anything obvious? Any better solutions?
(I posted this on AVForums too, in case anyone thinks they've seen it before).

There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.
It's for the many and not the few. Be sure it's out there looking for you.

I'm not sure that the magic eyes will work the sky+ box via the free sky box, in fact I'd be pretty certain it won't for the same reason you need a by-pass amp feeding the other sets. But I would sugest an even better forum for your enquiry would be either Digital Spy or Sky User (nothing to do with Sky officially).

Sky User http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/sky-sky-tv/
There are some really knowledgeable people on there.0
