Overactive Internet filter-can I bypass it?

I am using a mobile broadband account in France and it keeps blocking everything (including a site on ideas on reusing tin cans!).I suspect there may be language issues.Anyone know how to get round it?

Depends how its being filtered... sometimes they will just block DNS requests.. in which case setting up your computer to use opendns.com instead would fix the problem (instructions on how to set it up are provided on their site, it takes about 5 minutes to set up).

Otherwise you could try using tor (torproject.org/easy-download.html.en) or a regular proxy (get one from xroxy.com/proxylist.htm).... however if you have to take the proxy route it will slow down your connection.
