Can't top up o2 phone!

I have been trying to top up my phone for almost a week now by various different means (online, debit card, etop up card) and keep getting declined/errors. The o2 shop couldn't give me any answers. Grr!

Was wondering if anyone is having problems or is it just me?

Buy a voucher in any petrol station or supermarket, and enter the number on your handset.
