Tesco Technika 15.6" 15.601 LCD TV with DVD

:mad: We just bought the above TV from Tesco Direct but whilst we were very pleased with the value for money and the digital reception (we live in a digital only area) it was dissapointing that we were unable to get any text including BBC Red Button. Made several calls to their Electrical Help Line and did all the things they suggested, switch-off/on then retune etc but all to no avail. Had it changed twice but each had same problem. Tried several large Tesco stores and spoke to Techies but no help. Gave up eventually and got refund. So sad as it appears to be no more than something in the set-up but the instructions leave much to be desired as does the Help Line. Sorry Tesco you need to do better.
