I would register a complaint with the FSO, get an estimate to have the repairs carried out asap and get some profesional help to coerce NU pay for it.

Hopefully Aviva management will take this opportunity to rationalise and weed out some of the dead wood.

I am not anti NU. I hold a with profits bond which has done considerably better than other investments I have.
