HELP....
I am really confused with my self trade account.
I have 1999 TW shares, and had a entitlement for 1999 options, I deposited enough cash in the account to cover the purchase, and instructed them accordingly before the deadline.
Now I have logged in, the amount has been taken from my cash balance, but I don't have anything to show for it??? I still have 1999 standard shares, but the option has vanished. I also see in my history, that the option to buy shares at 25p of 1999 shares, was transferred out???
Any ideas on this please...0 -

Shares are scheduled to be credited to CREST accounts on June 1st. You don't need to worry for now.0 -

don't worry this is normal. The shares have to be paid for upfront (no t settlements) and therefore the money is taken but the shares can't be credited till next week.
You may get them on the 1st but sometimes brokers can be slow so they may come in a day or so later. Hopefully you will be with an efficient broker.0
