Sorry angelwds - I wasn't criticising your post about the offer.......I hate it when people do that. I was just moaning at the ridiculous prices at the optician - the prices you saw are obviously great.

edit: the mark ups are accurate - she was criticising her boss at the time. I said everyone has to make a profit and she said not as much as he does. The ones she wears are £89.99 in the shop - they buy those ones for 99p. I thought they would have been about £45 and they then up it to £89.99 - I was shocked and she said they're not the biggest mark up.

Got a pair CK's at Merry Hill Dudley. There were about 40-50 various pairs last Monday evening. In the glass Display ground floor at the payment tills.
Was in two minds to get them but I will need a pair this summer and they were a comfortable fit and since I doubt I will get anything cheaper I went for them.
I always leave there with something but didnt have much time to look around that night, but when are they closing as this closing down sale seems to go on and on and on ....
