Exactly, I knew it!!! Wear really high heels and tower over him, he'll hate that.

My old boss has short man syndrome, attempts to assert his masculinity by putting others down (particularly women) and basically looks and acts like a complete plank!
Just know that underneath all his moronic behavior he's just a crumbling mess of a little whiney boy crying for his Mummy.

Everyday unfortunately. I am getting so good at pretending tho. I should win an oscar, laughing at all his jokes and following his "advice" (orders) to the letter.........(all whilst repeating the phrase in my head revenge is sweet revenge is sweet)
