    Hiya, just went for a run and I think it was just over 4k in just over half an hour (can you tell I forgot to time it and had to just use my phone to guesstimate? :)).

    It was really uppy downy though, my legs were burning for the first mile!

    Not far off - I know what I want to say, but I need to write some notes so I don't forget it.

    Then I just need to work out how to say it without bursting into tears, when I can't even answer the phone without crying at the moment.
