Images and MSN Live Messenger on 3

Everyone knows the Skype service which is offered by 3. They do also offer 'free' use of MSN Live messenger (free for people on contracts, PAYG is free if you top up every 90 days.) . I just got a compatible phone and have downloaded the application. As I have no internet usage included in the contract, I'd be grateful if someone can confirm that it is possible to send pictures via Messenger without being charged for data usage. I know the 'normal' text messages are free and I can't see that sending a pic inside the message should count differently (obviously the data load would be much greater). I've read the T&Cs on http://www.three.co.uk/Help_Support/Terms_and_Conditions?content_aid=1214306754083, but can't see anything mentioned.

If this would be included I wouldn't have to send any MMS messages in the future, so it could save me a little bit of money.

I don't know, but why don't you check your usage, send or receive a picture then check usage again to see if your spend has gone up (or credit gone down)?

I'm not aware that you can send images to MSN on a phone although I dont use it all that often.
