Help on phone contract please

I am currently on a contract with vodaphone paying normally around £45 a month. I get unlimited text and 600 mins for this.

I would like to reduce my bill to as little as possible if i could. At the moment i have about 7 months left on my 18 month contract.

Is it possible to reduce this bill to a lower tariff if i contacted vodaphone?

Think you are allowed to drop £5 a month - ring them to find see if they will do that. so each month from now they drop £5, prob wont go lower than £20 I guess eventually - but its £5 a month I think.

If you are on a cashback deal - be careful - you will not be eligible for cashback if you change tariff mid contract.
