I say don't give any feedback at all, no matter what you give him he can return you with a Neg.0

Personally, I only bid on a DVD if there's a photo of the article that's been taken by the seller. No photo or a stock photo usually means they don't have a camera (and who doesn't have one these days?) or are afraid to show the merchandise.0 -

since myself and sillyuk gave you EXACTLY the same advice as your husband......I assume you spat your dummy out with him too??LOL
Maybe next time you'll tell us what you'd like to hear as opposed to actually asking for advice......but if you're happy to allow pirates and thieves to continue on eBay...go for it! :-)

Think its you spitting the dummy out mate. She didnt know whether to leave him negative or neutral that was all, she didnt ask for a lecture on the ethics of the situation.
At the end of the day the seller has refunded you, easily by the sounds of it so at the end of the day i dont really see the need to neg him.
I would put - item not described accurately but refunded so happy.0 -

It used to be possible to see the seller's address when you buy something from them. Try and get that then report them to the authorities.
You don't get the seller's address if you pay by Paypal though do you?0 -
I would give BOD - I doubt a serious pirate will have had "Last of the Summer Wine" as their top seller
Not that I don't like the show of course0 -
burbs...first off..I'm NOT your mate....
second ..try reading my first response to the original poster.....all I said was to neg him since he's a pirate...which is EXACTLY what her own husband had already told her !!!!!....But since you mentioned ethics ( cos I certainly didn't ! ) .....are you saying there's no ethics involved when someone sells pirate copies???? It's illegal and it always amazes me that some people on these boards would rather let them get away with it than risk a neg feedback.... I think Manchester Lucy has the best idea...report it to FACT.
And if you looked at my reply burbs ...you'll see my reply was tongue in cheek...hence the LOL and wink I put into it....chill out !!!!!!. Put your brain into gear before you pen a response next time.....burbs wrote:Think its you spitting the dummy out mate. I'd make it clear in feedback it was a copied disc, but I'd also leave one or the other comments in feedback, as I was refunded quickly I'm leaving neutral although considered a neg, or leave a neg for wasting your time etc.
PS I've left negative feedback when unhappy with the risk of receiving it back, as I choose to be honest about my transactions.0 -

I need to put my brain into gear, luckily i have one and will take your advice in future, unfortunatly im not so sure about yourself.
As you said in your response to the OP, perhaps you can let me know what you want people to reply to your statements in future so as you are not offended in anyway. I cant say what i want on here and will do.
As for calming down, its you that is going on as if the seller on Ebay has killed someone. He has sold a copied disk, not the end of the world. Illegal yes but in the whole scheme of things on Ebay he has done as he would be expected. The seller refunded her without a moan and now life goes on. Do you want him hung, drawn and quarted or would death by lethal injection be good enough.
As for your !!!!!! and other remarks that are no doubt going to be aimed at me and you probably think will scare me in some way, save them for someone else. If you dont like pther peoples point of view then toddle off and post somewhere else.
I will wait for you to get your Burberry cap on and Kappa tracksuit and come back with your next response with baited breath.0 -
