Can any of you barcode proficient peeps tell me if the 'wrap' coupon will scan when I buy the product? I read ages of posts back that 2 peeps had tried to use and it wouldn't scan or work when the barcode was typed in ...it's not a '99' it begins with a '5' , does that mean you have to buy the product?..I'm going out later and intend to buy it and would very much like to have the 60p off...TIA

it didnt work for us y'day at T's, but we didnt buy the product,;)

Yippee, I just found mine as well! I'm so pleased I bought 8 copies of the Times yesterday, nice to get an extra 50p moc into the bargain.

Lucky I hadn't left the magazine bumpf at Tesco!

BTW 2 of the Times fivers are for my Mum to use (she rarely uses mocs but spends £100 per week at Tesco). She knows about conditional spends & can cope with them. The other 6 copies were for my own use over the coming week, hopefully alongside the Morrisons version.

In answer to Claire21, on a single transaction you should only be allowed to use one conditional spend in your moc pile. But the till will scan both. So try offering a Waitys one and another conditional spend; as usual it will be up to the SA. Best to mix the 2 conditional spends in with your other mocs & go for a happy scanner as usual, I doubt they will notice it.

Do check for the Morrisons moc before buying several copies of the Sun, just to make sure it's there(!) and that it has the usual 99 barcode. Tesco are supposed to take it anyway but a scannable barcode makes it much easier.

Well done to those who have already 'told' (not asked) their stores about the policy on conditional spends, got the CS Manager's name etc., to pave the way to use these already. Anyone who hasn't addressed this and is planning on taking pot luck, good luck at the till (you'll need it)!:D
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hiya I have just been to Asda as wanted to get 60p coupon off the 80p wraps, didn't scan but she did it manually for me. Nic

Just been to Asda got 5 more finish quantum and also a finish cleaner using all coupons, then I noticed 5 packs of Huggies little walkers on reduced in the baby section for £2.50 so used 5 x £2 coupons that I had received in my Huggies new born packs, so 50p a pack, which I will use for my son!

Also Huggies Pull-up boxes the ones with "Disney Cars" big kid box £6 which includes 2 packs of pull ups, 1 pack of Andrex kids moist wipes, 6 money off coupons for £3.50, I had £1 voucher so paid a fiver, pretty chuffed.

Bought 1 pack of the Deli wraps to test, coupon didn't scan but she typed it in manually so they cost me 20p.

Got 3 CIF sprays for 50p each as they are on offer for £1 and I used 3 coupons.

    Pretty good day, Nic x

just found this, its worth remembering about.

This year’s National Independents Week (June 1-6) kicks off with a discount coupon offer in The Sun, the UK’s most widely-read newspaper.

Over two million readers of The Sun, The Scottish Sun and the Liverpool Echo will receive money-off offers on Monster Munch, Buxton mineral water, Ribena and Robinson’s Fruit Shoot.

    Hi all :)

Ive read this thread with interest and (just about) got the gist of it -you have had some fab shops on here :j

Quick q if i may-have read that Asda accept coupons when you buy the product etc-so could i use the £1 off Huggies voucher in the Boots Mother and Baby magazine when buying Huggies there, or is it only non store specific coupons that can be used iykwim.

TIA and really have tried hard to read and digest-realise how annoying it can be when a newbie just dives straight in without at least attempting to help themselves!
