In the short time I have been using coupons I have found that some sales assistants can be unnecessarily difficult to the extent that I have been scared to use coupons. The advice on here is very much appreciated.
It does get easier especially if you get use to who is nice and who is difficult just to be nasty and there are a lot more who are unhelpful than there are nice in my experience - I think they do it because I am older and on my own and they see me as easy to bully/embarress -but the way I see it is that you are giving T money that you don't have to so just stick with it and good luckI am not a beige person:D0 -
tesco have finish dishwasher cleaner 25oml bottle on offer £2.70, tesco policy, 2 coupons if you buy the product so they will be paying you £1.30 to take it away, Bargain!!!!!
I've just come back from Mr T's. Bought 8 finish dishwasher cleaners, 2 boxes x 72 weetabix (£3.00 each usually £5.12) veg for Sunday, 3 papers
Total £32.98 used 16 Finish coupons (buy product able to use two coupons)
I paid 93p :T:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::j0 -
Thanks for this...have telephoned couponnet( another free call using my flashy new mobile phone) to tell them that my local Tesco refused a couponnet coupon today as it it did not have my name on it...it was a coupon they had posted to me as the one online would not print...this has couponnet.co.uk on it and the Tesco in question takes all coupons internet and manufacturers, and has in the past refused my Airwick as it said ' personalised coupon' on it...decided to get in touch with them as my friend has just phoned to tell me she was refused 2 couponnet coupons as they did not have her name on them...she pointed out that they were taking the Finish coupon which she had printed herself and had no identifying details on it, but they absolutely refused to take these from her....obviously they will get used up via self-scan..
Anyone else ever have this problem?
Hope you didn't mention not buying the item. If they refuse any of mine, i just use them on a different cashier, as i don't want couponnet looking too closely at the problem.:D0 -
Bully had lovely customer service lady in Asda today, the Finish 10's are 8 boxes to an outer and there were 2 outers on the shelf, I showed her my 16 coupons and asked if it was OK, she didn't see why not, made a quick call, got the OK and then packed them into 2 carrier bags for me, and said 'Have a good day'....think I've got over 3 years supply now..0

I wish mine had that policy. One coupon per shop, 2 if you buy the item.0 -

No I didn't...but he was surprised that Tesco were being so awkward....he said the coupons they post do not always have names on them and this was the first time anyone had told them this was happening...he is contacting the store and issuing them with a re-training pack.0 -

Sainsburys let me take as many as i wanted, but Asad wouldn't let me take one. I have 60 boxes though so not too bothered.
I need a dishwasher now0
