If you let us have your model number sher perhaps we can find the correct util if that doesn't work

It is a DX7450. Had a quick look at the link and this model isn't on the list. Sure would be great if I can fix it myself!!!

Why dont you ask the question over on the techy thread, they're absolutely brilliant over there and have solved many of my problems from the washing machine to mobile phone. Im sure someone on there will know how to reset a printer or point you in the right direction.

I have £7 but am still pleased, keep trying to find new ones but have no look. Are there other sites you people use?? Apart from coupon net?

Did you print it from the couponnet site a month or two ago?

All the sites have been discussed in the last few pages:cool:

I dont have a camera icon, what program are you using, i have adobe reader?
Save it first. Close the copy from the browser and try re-opening it.....that seems to be the consensus, each time this is mentioned;)

if this is the one that you run on continuous ink, you should not have to re-set it unless it runs dry
Chip InformationAuto Reset - No Chip Resetter Required
These guys might be able to offer further advice:beer:

..my printer has run out of ink so I can't print any coupons.

I won't sulk though. I'm not going shopping until tomorrow or Wednesday and hopefully my lovely husband will have the printer up and running before then. Now I've started using coupons I wouldn't want to shop without any.

Just thinking that the sun is shining has put the smile back on my face, so maybe I wasn't too fed up.

    I forgot to mention earlier.

I printed the herbashine £1 moc a few days ago and it let me do another one today. Luckily the ink was ok then, none left for my daughter's homework though, oops!

Might be worth giving the herbashine another go. Hope you get another one.

Thanks Sher. Do you know, in the US couponing is done by most families and the whole family gets involved in it apparently - it's huge over there. Mind you I don't think they have the same policy as our Tescos have though :D But coupons are found everywhere overthere  They have a huge craft store called Michaels that is always issuing 40% coupons - now if I could get myself over there and some of those coupons in my sticky mitts I would be like a kid in a sweety shop cos I spend a fortune on craft stuff!

Yeah, I know! I was a big couponer when we lived in the States. Those were the days though, when they were the old fashioned tills (before scanning bar code tills), the policy for coupons was you had to buy the product full stop. If you had a lot of groceries you could sneak in the odd few for things you didn't buy!;) It was really good when a store offered double or triple off coupons (you have a 25 cents coupon but they will give you 50 or 75 cents off)!! In the Sunday paper there used to be a book or 2 of coupons, I'd spend all Sunday morning drinking coffee and cutting out coupons.:p Next time I go for a visit, I'll print some American coupons to take with me for stuff I want to bring back. They also have a lot of products that offer rebates/refunds for buying the product.
