Don't waste your time because they will never see your letter/email anyway. It might not even get as far as their office. Most large companies have people who answer complaints on behalf of the chairman or chief executive. They receive more letters than they could possibly ever read themselves, -let alone answer the things.0

Or you can go on to wikipedia and type in Natwest and on the right hand side is the address of the head office and the CEO don't bother with the Chairman as his too busy looking after another company I think0 -
It always amuses me that people still write to the CEOs etc. of companies. Yes, they have "executive complaints teams," but they're just part of the regular complaints or customer relations teams normally.
Everybody and their dog will write to the CEO about whatever silly little complaint they have, so it's very unlikely you'll get any sort of fantastic response out of it.What would William Shatner do?0 -

You can do this but you would need to ensure that you have followed the complaints process with the branch/department who have caused the problem otherwise it will just be sent back to them.0 -

True true, but in this case NatWest breached the data protection act in more ways than one!
can you tell me, if you apply for a credit card and you are declined, can the same bank send you out a credit card two years later, even if you reqeust them not to?

You can also pay a pound to Companies House and get his (and the other board members) home addresses. Providing you make the first paragraph eye catching enough this may work.0 -

If a customer at work sent a letter to your home address, would you just throw it in the bin? - I know I would0
