Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank

The Alliance and Leicester Commerciual Bank Internet service has been appalling recently with respect to business accounts. They are apparently changing the system to make it more user friendly (it couldn't have been more unfriendly before!!). However it needs new ID details etc which haven't been sent out yet.

We now have a situation of crashes, non-access etc. so we cannot use the internet service. Numerous phone calls get a response from the "advisor" that they are having problems and cannot advise when I will be able to log on again.

When asking about checking transactions they say you can telephone. Note this is at an exorbitant call rate.

I assume others are having the same problem and have complained. Martin Lewis should raise this issue as A&L are a recommended bank.

I quess A&L will lose many customers because of this.
