Re; Bush 37" TV problem.

Bush head office rang me this morning after i emailed them with my TV problem. They claim not to know of any problems regarding this model.
I told them i have found proof via the internet that this problem exists with other customers that have the same model TV (Bush LCD37TV016HD). They have requested a copy of my receipt of purchase. The TV is nearly 24 months old and cost me approx £400.00 from Argos.
Funny though, when i first rang the helpline with the problem they presumed i was someone else who had rang earlier with the same problem.
The gentleman then carried on to tell me that they had not had any problems like my one. Also, head office seem to know that it is not an expensive repair without even inspecting the TV.
I await their response!!.
