Try going thro https://www.topcashback.co.uk as they also pay £5. I bought two phones on the 18th Jan and although they didnt show on my account for a few weeks I can now withdraw the money which is about six weeks from purchase till payable.

Its ver very very difficult to get £5 cashback from orange, I would say the op should change the title to £9.99 as you really not going to get that £5 without a fight!0
