YouGov pay me 50p+ most days for surveys, at least several times a year, and they always pay out. They are one of the larger companies and very reliable. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I agree, I now receive surveys daily - so now quicker to reach the £50. If anyone wants a referral please PM me.:)0

I have been with YouGov for about a year and given up on them. I believe that with them you are definitely just a number making them money and they don't care about your experience with them nor reward.
I had several surveys crash or the box at the very end that comes up for you to choose points or prize draw not function so I didn't get given my points. I contacted them by reply email and via the very naughtily hidden in 'Corporate' 'Contact Us' form on their website (naughty because we survey answerers are not corporate so why would we look in that section? ,... they don't want contact from us maybe?). I only once got an answer, which was not really an answer nor a solution, just a very unsatisfactory 'clear your cache and try a new browser' - clearly not my problem but theirs though as I do clear my cache regularly and had been using the same browser successfully for previous surveys.
I have sent them a written letter and contacted them with it in electronic form via the contact form. No reply. Nor when I ask them via the form for a phone number or email address.
I then asked to be paid 20 pounds for the points I had managed to accumulate - again no response.
ONLY do YouGov if you don't care how you get treated and are aware that they make money from you from day one but really don't pay you in a manner reflective of that.
Big, unethica,l corporate fat cats is how I would describe YouGov and advise to leave well away and earn money in other ways.

Is there something fishy going on?
On the YouGov website there seems to be no link to actually claim the 50 pounds cash.
You can enter the prize draws through the rewards page, but not claim the cash. Has the link recently been removed?0 -
Yes, I just did receive my first £50! I started in january. I am very happy with yougov as they never disqualify. All the serveys they send are suitable for you. I receive surveys almost every day, sometimes once a week. But very quickly you will reach the 5000 points. The serveys are interesting. It is actually one of my favourite. Swagbucks and Yourword are next.0

I used to go through cycles of regular survey-ing on YouGov and also signed up to the pulse which gave me regular 100 points per device I signed up with. Three times I have cashed in the 5000 points and received the payment no problem.
However I just logged in for the first time in a while and the only available surveys listed are from 2016 and are actually expired when I click on the links. Also my pulse points have stopped accumulating and I can find no way of registering new devices. Have they effectively cancelled the points scheme? Cannot find any official news.0 -
I got my first £50 from You Gov surveys and asked for payment to be sent which hasn't landed yet.
Just wondering how long payment takes to land as it's now about 9 working days since I claimed it?0 -
Last one I did took a few weeks. They emailed me the day before the payment went in to say it had been processed.0

I tried to cash out with YouGov twice. The first payment didn't go through, but the second one apparently did but I didn't see it in my account - even after about a month. I keep contacting them about it and they keep insisting the payment went in."A dog will sit next to you while you work. A cat will sit on the work."0
