CPW O2 Issues
Sorry if this post goes on a bit but I need a bit of advice.
I had a lot of problems with carphone warehouse at the beginning of my old contract. After it was sorted they credited me £600 and all was good for the next 12 months or so. When it came to upgrade time they offered me a really good deal so I decided to give them a second chance. But I did chose to take their top insurance plan as it said it gave you the option to end your contract early if not happy.
Well now, I've had the phone (C905) replaced once. Numerous niggling faults since with wifi & charging, and now it's gone again completely and needs repair. I've also had a lot of direct debit issues with them being taken at the wrong time and them not changing the date when they say they will. This has caused a problem this month and they have cut me off without any notice. So I decided to get out of the contract. But have been told I only have the second to top insurance and not the top one, therefore I don't have the Airtime Contract Protection which was the whole reason I took the insurance. And because I didn't specifically request that at the point of sale I have no comeback on it.
I've been happy with the service from O2 just not carphone warehouse. Is there anything I can do to get out of this contract as I feel CPW have fell very short on the agreed service?
