Which weeds can I compost?

We drowned stuff once, mainly by mistake as the huge container had no drainage, and then tried to move it. A little slurped out and MY GOODNESS - it stunk.
So, bin bags for us. Every time.Get plant food they said, loads of free liquid etc..... I got as close as I could and tipped it onto the jerusalem artichokes, I didn't like the stupid things anyway, horrible.
I quite like the smell of comfrey liquid though, I trap unwary visitors to the garden by asking them to smell it :rotfl: then I tell them its got my wee in it.

Well, it's clear from this comment (and the tongue smiley - how mature) that the admins need to step in now.0 -
Really? You don't think the little tongue sticky out smiley is funny? It worked for Just William.
Just goes to show. You can never please everyone.
(That was me being polite btw, I feel I have to explain myself all the time now to some people, what I really wanted to write was just as funny, but I don't feel you would have taken it the right way)Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -
I thought Lotus Eater's comment was a tad tongue in cheek, but not exactly rude. It it a waste [and a waste of effort] to haul them home and put them in the council bin. As he said, perhaps a smilie might have helped. I'm sure he said it with a grin, he's usually very helpful.0

see its funny, I always thought it was funny, yeah but sticking your tongue out is rude,.. that's true, I never looked at it like that.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -
Hi guys
It always helps to pop a friendly smiley in now and then. It's very, very difficult to convey humour in the way you'd like on an internet forum.
Good luck with the composting elliep! My compost bin's just run out and I'm feeling lost waiting for what's gone in since to rot down, and feeling rather stupid for sending newspapers with the rest of my recycling the last few months when it could be making me some lovely compost!

Smileys are all well and good, but an apology says a lot more.0

I accept. Very gracious of you.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0

I suggest it's to the OP you owe an apology. Believe me, you won't be getting one from me - I have nothing to apologise for, and as Andrea seems to be unwilling to pull you up for your behaviour, I'll be taking this further.0

Words fail me sometimes. Haven't you got the slightest bit of humour in your body?
FYI, I don't think I've done anything wrong either. So go and do what you want, you seem unable to drop the subject, so I will do it for you.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0
