I received an e-mail on Friday saying that my order had been despatched. No apology for delay or any response to my numerous e-mails and calls. The order arrived on Monday , incomplete saying that other item will be despatched seperately. It was an eyeliner I ordered to make up the order to £40. They can b***** keep it . Will not be using them again.
