Ordered some fragrance from this company on April 16th. The money was taken form my bank account the following day. I received an e-mail on the 23rd saying that a couple of parts of my order were out of stock and would arrive and be despatched by the 30th April.
Since then I have e-mailed with no reply, phoned and left messages (also no reply). Now when I phone i cannot leave any messages as an error message is played saying that users mailbox cannot accept any more messages as it is full. Have now written to them recorded delivery.
Have they gone bust? does anyone else have any recent information on this firm

Hi,just to let you know,i placed an order over the bank holiday weekend and have been trying to contact them ever since,but to no avail.

However,my complete order has arrived recored delivery today,thank god,but I'll NEVER deal with this shambles of a company again. So in answer to your question I dont think they've gone bust, they are just UTTER RUBBISH, and WHY IS MARTIN STILL RECOMMENDING THEM?????

Was this the Mayday bank holiday, and I noticed Martin recommending them in one of the papers over the weekend , cant undertand why

My order recently took ages to arrive. I was also surprised that they are still being recommended on here. I wont be using them either - poor service & lack of communication!

ive had no problems with them ,my order arrived within 3 days. maybe part of the problem is that Martin is recommending them and they cant keep up .

They do take rather a long time to despatch but apart from that I've had great prices from them.

I know what you are saying prices are v.good, but the nature of the product they are selling generally means you would want the items sooner rather than later if you are unwell.

If you don't feel that Martin should be recommending them have you told Martin or one of his team that or are you him to know via some psychic power?

I agree Martin should not be promoting them. They managed to send me a drug they don't even stock (according to their website) today (instead of what I ordered) after days of phone calls contradictions and being given the run around.
They lie and contradict themselves.

They admit freely Martins endorsement bring them their customers.
Why is he doing this? I feel it is dishonest, people trust him.

There are numerous threads on how bad they are and the complaints are similar.
