Less than £30? Did you mean £40?

That price is for Seasons 1-4 though, so it's a good bargain.

Alzani/Andrew - when you click on the Buffy Season 7 link for more information, it says the following: We regret that this product is not currently available. This is usually because the distributor has "deleted" the product. Often they will re-release titles in new packaging or with new features, try using the search box on the left to find a different edition.

Does this mean that, although you're advertising it at £9.95 in the sale, you don't actually have it in stock?

filmnight have it at this great price in their Easter Sale.

As as benchmark, it's £67 at play.com (who're usually pretty cheap)

Just thought I've give you all an advance head's up on what's going on in the world of the Filmnight.com Sale. At the moment, there is no plan to add any more titles to the £2.95 sale, but we are expanding the £9.95 boxsets collection to include a much larger range of titles, so keep an eye out for them being added during the day today.
Also, to undercut the whole high-street we're dropping the PSP price down to just £144.95 as from later on today... Personally, this was enough of an incentive for me, so even I put an order in for one this morning!
And remember, EVERYTHING comes with free delivery, so the price you see is what you pay!

All the points brought up in this forum have been well noted and documented by myself and I have personally passed them to the IT Director, E-commerce Manager and the Managing Director, so don't think that we don't listen to what you have to say and act on it appropriately.

I'll keep you updated with any other offers, changes or comments too.

If I can help in any other way, please feel free to say so on here as I'll be keeping a constant eye on what's going on and what's being said.

    Cheers

    Andrew

Hmmm, think you're going to have to do more load ballancing mate, the site's a joke at the moment. Can't get from page to page. Have a basket of goods, but won't let me pay :(

Well, thanks for the offer to help, Andrew. For a start you could honour the sale of 5 dvds that I purchased from your website at 4am yesterday morning - after trying for 12 hours without success, and then to find a day after receiving confirmation of the order by email, that your company had cancelled them - claiming that they were out of stock!

I have just checked your site, and all 5 are in stock, albeit at a far higher price. So, it would be nice if you could despatch them to me now.......
