    Am I? I thought that was what Ed was being. I didn't say HIP inspectors would value but that I believe there is a very strong likelyhood that lenders will accept their report on the condition of the property [ie: it is a suitable security] with a drive past or computerised valuation at a lower cost. And where did I say it would save money? It won't but some of the £800 will be taken up by preparitory legal work the HIP contains, it's certainly not all the Home Inspection Report.

    Fay, your right, it isn't fair if your agent is restricting the marketing of your property.

    Tell them that you are not happy about this. They are supposed to be acting in your best intersests, not theirs.
