Sally.. what I would say is split and work out offers to all your creditors pro rata. Then once you've got a figure, offer each creditor 50% of it. Then you've got some room to negotiate. It's likely they'll ask to see an SOA along with it and if you can show that you're offering all your creditors something pro rata they're more likely to accept it as a fair offer based on what you can afford and what you have.

  • Well done, Bunny! Great for you! :j

I was planning to get some work done in the library but some w****r has taken every single copy of Religions of South Asia.   They might genuinely be using them now, as opposed to having used them earlier and just not put them back, so I'll look again tomorrow morning and if there's none there then, I'll see if the tutor has a copy I can borrow.

I'm so b****y tired and irritable at the moment. Aunt Flo is due soon and I'm close to murdering someone. Don't get me wrong, I'm really glad that I'm actually doing some work again but I'm really frustrated at how difficult it is to get anything done. Something always gets in the way.

Anyway, the bus'll be here soon so I'd better go. I'll write again when I get back. Thanks for listening to me rant.

    Bunny!!!!! :j :j :j :j Well done!!!!!!! :T :T :T :T :T

I am soooooo pleased for you!!!!!!

BB - I might have had the email but I haven't been able to get onto my emails all day, it's so annoying. Think it must be a problem with hotmail though because I can't connect from my phone either. Is it the thing I asked you for? :D Thanks hunny!

Thanks everyone else who has sent good wishes to me and Ryan for this week, it's really appreciated.

Not looking forward to the meeting but it has to be done to sort this mess out. Toto - you're right, the most important thing is that we find out what will happen once Ryan returns, what provision they will put in place etc.

Hehehe, I will, anger is goooood :D (but anger made me eat pasta....not good :o)

I am so determined not to cry at the meeting, even though it's obviously going to feel emotional. But I need to be able to keep my composure enough to get my points across. Lots of preparation tomorrow I think.

Ohhhh crap, I haven't told work I wont be in tomorrow! Will have to ring once kids in bed, or first thing in the morning.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
