Hey as HSBC have finally passed our account to DCA (their in house) I am going to do F&F to all our creditors. Do you think 30% is a good place to start?

He's actually quite pleased, once you get in with them, they look after you very well, pension, sick pay etc. I know it will be hard when I go away for the training-still not sure how we'll coe but I guess we'll have to sort that when it happens.

well, what can i say, that's not doing a maz as i do tend to lay off the carbs... rice! ouch!

funny how it makes you feel so crap you really don't want them again... being so stuffed you can't move is not actually a nice feeling....

but i betcha you're back into the right frame of mind again now, so that's good.... when's weigh in? friday innit?

i have been known to have a jaffa cake before a run, but haven't bothered for a couple of weeks....

i am having a can of diet coke just now, it's been in the fridge at work for weeks but i just needed something and it was better than biscuits CDwise......

That wasnt me doing a Maz, that was me after I decided to quit CD, I changed my mind very quickly

It wasnt so much the full feeling, it was more really bad knifing pains from about an hour after I ate it for 24 hours or so, plus other symptoms I shall not mention :o

What would you recommend I 'do a Maz' with from the chippy, I was thinking maybe a fish n curry sauce
