my boys loved going to portaventura in spain, should be under budget as its not in holidays, bu its only half board if you stay in there hotels which are great by the way. or oyou could stay about 5 min bus ride from there but you have ti buy tickets to get into the theme park or water park
now proud mum to 3 handsome boys :j latest one born 10/10/11:j

My son and girlfriend are on a tight budget and looking for 2 weeks AI late july, early August. Problem is lots of seeming bargains pop up, then you read the reviews of hotel/resort and you see why!! Son teaches so tied to school hols.

Can anyone reccomend anywhere from experience. Thye are both used to holidaying with family, and want a nice hotel, good food, plenty to to, no locals who hassle 6ft blonde models (son's gf!)

    Thanks in advance!

I almost cancelled my holiday last year because of mixed reviews. Some were awful. So glad I didn't as we ended up having a great holiday and am returning to the same hotel (San Miguel,Ibiza) this year. I won't be put off by bad reviews again!

I, too, was dreading a holiday in Magaluf due to dreadful reviews.

Guess what? We had the best holiday every. Don't always believe everything you read.
Be happy, it's the greatest wealth :)
  • Last year we took our friends advice (Travel Agent) and went to Royal Bay hotel in Elenite (Bulgaria). All inclusive, mid July, 2 adults, 2 kids. GREAT!! Water park etc onsite, right on the beach, friendly people, good food GREAT weather, and the flight isn't a ball-breaker either.

Bulgaria is only getting more & more popular
