I'm off to san Miguel Hotel Ibiza for the second time in August. Great for kids. Flying 3/7/2009 from Manchester with Thomson £2753 when booked as a package but if you book on Thomson website by clicking on hotels then adding flight it comes to £2379.0

You never mentioned how long you want to go for?
Have you though of DIY, seem's to be alot cheaper, I usually start with www.skyscanner.net to find best flights to suit me and then www.travelrepublic.co.uk and price as a package.
I had a quick look for you and 10nts leaving from Man on 5th July to Costa Brava, Santa Suzanna Resort AI for 2ad, 2ch and 1 inf is £1405.25 (that is including airport check-in and baggage) just an idea to show you how much you could save, well worth playing about to see what you can find.0 -
We went to Corfu 2 years ago all inclusive, flying from Newcastle, 14 nights in July 4 of us. Cost £1250. It was fantastic, food was great. We booked with OTbeach.
Last year booked with A1 travel, 14 nights Turkey cost £1500 again all inclusive, it was good too.0 -

Me too!!! San Miguel Beach Club booked through portlanddirect which is the same as thomson 2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby 2 weeks all inclusive on 3rd July from Luton tho for just under £2400. I thought this was a bargain!0 -
Hey, wow, if I had three grand to spend the world would be my oyster!!! your not falling into school holiday season so flights should be ok!
Why not DIY it - Ryanair fly just about anywhere, its worth paying the little extra for priority boarding and seats together and then book your hotel with somewhere like, Travelrepublic......then go to resort hoppa and voila!
I have every confidence in you, and it makes it so much more exciting chosing a flight to suit you, and flicking through the hundreds of hotels on offer until you find one which you really like!
Good Luck xxxxxxx0 -

Just make sure they are ABTA registered, or whatever it is, and yu will be fine. We once got a letter from our holiday company three days before we were going to say the holiday company had gone bust and our holiday had never been booked! we made a claim through ABTA and we had to put a new holiday on a credit, fortunately the cheque was sitting waiting for us when we got back.
If you book your flight and then your hotel separate, there is no holiday company to go bust!0 -
We are off to Holiday Village Dom Rep on 3rd July and got it for £2800 for family of 4 AI (worked out cheaper than Majorca for us). Had a look at you could go to Holiday Village in Turkey for £2800 AI 2 weeks from manchester on 4th July. We went 2 years ago and its great for the kids with loads to do.0

Actually if you wait til 6th July its down to £22000

Please note that most of the carribean countries will be in the rainy season in our summer time that is why it is a lot cheaper also the flights are very long with small children and most of the hotels have very little to keep you occupied in the wet we always go to the carribean around easter as it is usually hot and sunny but the other year the Dom Rep was wet and there was nothing to do as when it rains it really rains also you are advised to have inoculations and malaria tablets for the carribean maybe hang fire until the little ones are a bit older for this sort of long haul0
