Ebay problem - seller relisted after I've paid

Still no response from seller. I've also noticed she's relisted a few items that sold yesterday. I wonder if the other buyers are unhappy?

I have notified Ebay and Paypal as I cannot seem to get through to the seller that I have paid. Three times I've asked her to check her paypal account to see the money there but she keeps ignoring it and saying "I said not to pay" but it was by email an hour after I sent her one confirming I had made payment and it had completed.
So now she has my money, but doesn't seem to realise it and has my goods.
Ebay sent me a response saying they had passed on issue to relevant section but no time line for sorting. ~Laugh and the world laughs with you, weep and you weep alone.~:)

Sorry for ignorance. Am I in dispute. I've reported the second listing to Ebay but I can't report the original listing as it only ended on 11.5.09. I have also logged via Paypal but it would only let me go to resolution centre.
Yes I will neg. A bit of ignorance is okay but this is plainly stupid that she hasn't even checked her paypal account.

I opened dispute with Paypal and was magically refunded by seller within an hour!
Today I left a neg. comment as had another disappointed buyer. Seller requested I retract the neg. with a sob story of how she was poor etc. and offering to now send the goods.
I declined as I had given her ample opportunities to send them. Plus if she was so poor why is she buying so many new clothes on Ebay?
Also reported to Ebay as non performing buyer and they have requested copy of seller's email stating they are relisting and inviting me to bid again. ~Laugh and the world laughs with you, weep and you weep alone.~:)
