Ebay problem - seller relisted after I've paid

I won an item earlier today and paid. Then had a message from seller saying that the wrong email address was on the listing and could I send it to her correct address (just a missing S).
She said she would re-issue invoice and it would go to correct address. However this didn't work so I sent it manually.
Now I've had an email saying that Ebay have advised her to relist all her items and I'm welcome to bid again.
I've responded that I have paid and the funds have completed so I cannot cancel them as unclaimed. I have asked her to send the item.
I've a feeling she may refuse and may already be in the process of relisting. Where does this leave me?

Oh dear, another seller that is TSFE.
I would get an email back to the seller ASAP , stay awfully polite but sound surprised and say that you have paid and will therefore expect your goods in the time frame outlined by paypal.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I have emailed over an hour ago and no repsonse. The new listing is for 7 days and looks like it was listed after I emailed to confrim payment.

I would advise you to ask refund and the repay the item. It's the safest way.0

All you can do after 7 days is to get in touch with paypal and see if they can get a dispute open. The problem is if your payment is still pending (I may be confused here with the state of play) I don't think the system will let you open one automatically. If the payment remains unclaimed then you have to wait 30 days for it to bounce back if you can't cancel it.
The other thing to try is Ebay live help, they may have some advice.
I might also be considering getting the sellers contact details and giving them a call on the phone in case they are just not getting emails, if they are too stupid to type their address right in paypal they may have it wrong on ebay as well.
Once you get things sorted and know where you are I would ber seriously considering what sort of feedback to leave here.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Everytime I've bought off an independent buyer on Ebay there has been an issue unlike powersellers where it's quick and pain free.
I am fussy and go for 99%+ feedback with private sellers (I will accept lower positive feedback for powersellers if I feel the issues are normal issues that happen from time to time). This one has 100% and spent 3 hours emailing me to pay, cancel, pay, cancel and then I paid and it went through and she blooming relists!

Oh sorry I did read that wrong didn't I.
OK as you've paid and the seller has the money I would send a strongly worded emails saying you expect your goods in the time frame outlined by paypal. Then if nothign arrives on day 7 open a chargeback.
The only other thing I can think of is is it at all possible that the seller has two identical items? Or, if this is a high end item could they be scamming, just relisting and getting as many sales as they can before they get caught?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I had to leave my first neg last week. Don't like leaving neg and even with all the hassle I would have left positive if received in quick time as anyone can make a mistake. Now though can't see how I can avoid Neg.soolin wrote:Once you get things sorted and know where you are I would ber seriously considering what sort of feedback to leave here.
It's an item of clothing so definitely same item.

You could send her a message on the relisted item saying, 'Hi, still waiting for my item, could you tell me when youre going to post? Cheers'. This might grab her attention a little better than emails over the old item?
In any case, I strongly recommend you save your venom for later, as if she sees you being 'strong worded' and maybe a little rude, she will most likely treat you the same.
Good luck anyway. The quickest way to become a millionaire is start off as a billionaire and go into the airline business.

I've usually found the opposite, that the independent sellers bend over backwards to make sure eveything goes OK, whereas the PS couldn't care less if there's the "occasional hiccup" (as they see it - not so good if your item is the "hiccup").
I'd take Soolin's advice re. politely continuing to request your item. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0
