hello, yes we got a copy of the birth certificate. My partner was never married to her or ever lived with her. He found love letters etc fromher ex at the time the baby was born, he also went to hospital one time to find the man there. He never went to register the birth she said no to him, so im guessing she went with the man whose name is there. we also got a copy of the childs baptism cetificate again the same man is named on that. We have submitted evidence to CSA he was not present at the address, however we couldnt get the landlord to produce the letter on headed paper as he is not a company really was just renting him a room there. The csa left a message to call back after im guessing they recived this letter but we will never return the call, i only deal with them via letter never on the phone. In my eyes this woman is a thief, she is stealing. i just wondered if anyone else has had this experience???

Yes i know that, but the OP didn't say how they knew - it may be that they have assumed?

Why don't you call them up to find out what they say> You can always back up the conversation in writing.

You will only get this sorted out if you can prove that your partner wasn't living at the address that the MEF was sent to.
They have asked your partner to call - why hasn't he?

Not sure where you are angling by telling us her nationality but if it what I am thinking then it's not welcome on this site.

I think that comment is bordering along the lines of racism!

i am not racist, my parnter is also african, he has told me how all the women ever want is their money, then if they meet someone else who has more then they move onto that person. Now another person she told is the childs father lost his job she came to my partner ringing and shouing at him for money. This just does not seem right to me something here is dodgy and im sensing she will be in trouble if she is not carefull.
