Any one else found ur name aint on birth cert

Anyone else been paying maintenence (unhappily and foracbly) to find your name isnt on the childs birth certificate but someone elses is??

    yes, he always denied it is his, all the papers were sent to an address he has not been to in 10 years so they just took money from his earnings!!!

    Have you followed up previous advice and given proof that he did not stay at the address that the MEF was sent to?

    Did they not go to register the birth together :confused: and how does this happen, i always thought father had to be present when registering a birth.

    If married then the father does not need to be present.

    That's what i thought just the OP in another post states she was the GF.
    Can anybod help us. My partner had an ex-gf which he was with after she concived a child. She was still seeing this man (behind my partners back) when they were so called together.

    Seriously, a DNA test is the only way to prove anything (or nothing) and then you can take it from there.

    Anyone can get a copy of any birth cert.
    This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !

    Well if they weren't married then the named father on the certificate would have needed to be present to the registering of the birth surely? (unless the mother was married to him at the time).
    If you don't have the birth certificate I'd suggest you get a copy and once 100% sure of the facts and with that document evidence-talk to the CSA.
