Any one else found ur name aint on birth cert

Anyone else been paying maintenence (unhappily and foracbly) to find your name isnt on the childs birth certificate but someone elses is??

yes, he always denied it is his, all the papers were sent to an address he has not been to in 10 years so they just took money from his earnings!!!0

Have you followed up previous advice and given proof that he did not stay at the address that the MEF was sent to?0

Well if they weren't married then the named father on the certificate would have needed to be present to the registering of the birth surely? (unless the mother was married to him at the time).
If you don't have the birth certificate I'd suggest you get a copy and once 100% sure of the facts and with that document evidence-talk to the CSA.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
