Booked a move and upgrade with Sky. Do they sent out confirmation via email or anything. I have not had anything from them since. Just tried to ring them and ended up in India and the poor fellow confirmed something but then started going on about other stuff which was unfortunate so I was simply hoping that they would send out an email?
Also I have an old Sky + box. Sky never said anything about taking it away from the old property so I presume that I am to do this? I have informed them that I have moved but I was in the old property yesterday and Sky was still being recieved- will it cut off soonish itself or if someone tried to plug another box in it would simply not work as I do not want the new tenants getting it for zilch.

The old Sky+ Receiver is your property, just take it with you, nobody will get anything that you pay for from just the dish.0

There is nothing to cut off by Sky. Your subscription is tied to your card (which your taking with you) and your card is tied to your box (which you are also taking). If anyone plugs a new box in at the old property they will just get FTA channels.
Sky will put a new dish, LNB and cabeling at your new address and leave your old dish etc where it is.0
