Very nice little phone - nabbed by my son. It comes with a PAYG SIm, but my son already has a PAYG sim - can he just pop it in (my email said something about the phone being 'locked' until we rang to activate it?)

I received mine today ,very nice ,but almost impossible to unlock.By with way if you dont like it you could always send it to envirofone,their offering £7.63 for this phone

Got it today & my 10 year old son is very happy as it's really small & for £10 with £5 back from quidco plus 300 tesco points (recycle with greenersolutions) when i'm finished with it , you can't lose.

You'll find a thread regarding Quidco here and lots of people able to help regarding questions you might have there.

Can I just point out to new readers that this phone is not able to be unlocked by a free code like the Nokia phones nor is there a code mentioned on the other manufacturers unlocking thread. Best to just buy the phone if you want to use it via Orange.

Don't forget the Orange offer of 2 for 1 om a Wednesday

Quidco query: If the Siemans A62 PAYG phone at £9.99 is now only available at this price by calling the freephone number 0800 079 2000, how is it possible for quidco to successfully track the transaction? Is logging on with quidco and starting off the process enough to earn the £5 cashback?
