Unfortunately its not as easy as that. As someone else has put, invoices stipulate 'must be of roadworthy condition', thus the dealer would be within their rights to subsequently come back to / revoke the deal etc.

Depends on the dealer. Most plate glass and snazzy tile palace dealers won't retail a 6 year old part exchanged car and will kick the car out to auction. In all my years of car buying I've only had one dealer drive and inspect a car and I suspect that was because the salesman wanted the car himself.The man without a signature.0 -
