    My post wasn't aimed at you. rather the numpty who thinks you should automatically pay without investigating the avenues of possibility - just because he paid one once!

    you would best be helped by 'Bogs Dollocks' if he is around. He is quite knowledgable about P&D issues. i'm more of a document freak, lol.

    why would he or she take responsibility if there was an error on the part of the Council? quite how you assume there isn't with timing that close is beyond me.
    May be a properly issued PCN but shall we investigate as he/she is entitled to do?
