Hover over summaries - Gone?

Can you just check to make sure it isn't me.
You used to be able to hover over the title of a post and you got a short summary of the first part of the post in a little pop up box.
I used to use this faclity to check and see if an item was the sort of thing I might want to read, rather than having to click into it and then out again if I didn't want to read it.
I have tried hovering and rebooting, etc but ever since the crash I haven't been able to get it to work.
If you don't understand what I mean - I'm sorry, I can't think of a better way to explain it!

I don't have any problems viewing the summaries here (they're great for stopping reloading pages :j:j) but they disappear abruptly when I view them. :rolleyes:0

I rebooted once again and bingo they're back!
But thanks for taking the time to reply.0 -
You only get the first line (or x number of characters anyway) with Firefox and it disappears (too) quickly if the item is too close to the top or bottom of the screen (think that bit was the same with IE).0

If my machine is doing too many things at once (eg running a virus checker in the background) I lose them. As soon as I limit how many processes are going on they re-appear.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I use it all the time, it comes in sooo handy!!
I agree that it seems to disappear rather quickly!
But one thing i find can be a tiny bit annoying (i dont mean that in a mean way!!) is that you cant use this 'summary' thingy when its a post thats been moved?:starmod: :staradmin :starmod:I gave up jogging for my health when my thighs kept rubbing together and setting fire to my knickers:starmod: :staradmin :starmod:0 -
