Scorgeous I did the same last time I remembered to sign on to log a run on there.....it told me my predicted marathon pace was something like 2 days! :rotfl:

(I *may* be exaggerating there!) :D

Woohoo, get you speedy gonzales, well done. :T
:D I am more of a plodder than a speedy gonzales but I really did feel fab tonight. Just wish I'd had time to carry on to 5k, because 2.5k isn't really helping my training much. But Stu has promised to pop down every Monday between now and my races, so I can run 3 times a week! :T

(Until we fall out again...)

I think you're supposed to have your name or nickname so people can cheer you on :D

We could all have 'sexy' - so the crowds would shout 'come on sexy' hehehe!

Got to be an ego boost! :rotfl:

Sammy - are you sure you want me staying at your house if you have exams the following week? I really don't mind staying in a hotel (and no I wont be tempted....before anyone asks :rotfl:)

I'd need to do one over 2 weeks. A couple of miles a day then rest, same next day and so on

I'd be the same - in fact I think 2 weeks would be about right - and that's walking it!

Walking pace is roughly 15-16 minute miles so if you did it non stop thats 419 minutes (at the higher end) or 7 hours ;)
