Scorgy comes back very embarrassed :o

WAVA is now 47.51 after "fixing" the error. The original time that I had entered for my 5km was 30 hrs and 50 mins instead of 30 mins and 50 secs DOH

I told you that I am not good with technology

Off now to sit in the corner and die of mortification

Just had a thought - this only works with races and not training as far as I know and you enter them from the box on the homepage once you've logged in - hope that helps :D

Okay no worries I see you've got it now - hey at least you know :D

    Oooooh, I might have 'SNAGS'!

I managed to persuade Stu to babysit while I went for a run. Bearing in mind I only had half an hour I decided to do one lap of the reservoir which is 2.5k, and it took me about 17 minutes! It was soooo easy too, felt like I was flying.

I know it's only a short distance but it's all I could fit in tonight, and I enjoyed it so much, i think it's done me a lot more good than running a longer distance, mentally if not physically.

I was speeding up as well, not slowing down, and wasn't remotely tired, so I think my 36 minute target for RFL could be on. :j

Nice end to a rather trying day!
