My friendly electrician has been to look at the shower. He thinks it is possible that the plumber with the sexy bum has attached it back to front. Will look in B&Q tomorrow to see if he can work it out.

Just went to put heating on for an hour as freezing and need to dry a jumper - I think the pilot light has blown out. Anyway it won't work. Great.

Just having maltesers for dinner - nsd!

Okay WAVA is a way of comparing performance against different age groups - so its like a a currency converter in effect - the standard (or 100%) I think is the world record for the distance for that age group, it also accounts for gender of course since the world record may only be set by someone of same gender - hence why fetch asks for this when you join up along with age...we've talked about on the running thread today if you want any more info
