    i did go out... 4 miles in 46mins... happy enough with that... even managed to work out my mile splits as the mile markers were on corners... ! negative splits n everything! lol!


    and it was sunny warm!

    Sorry your knees are giving you gyp... time for another physio appointment?

    Buffy - well done!! I knew you'd be fine.

    well, I've just been to my staff meeting and picked up another 2 teaching hours! So I've gone from 0 for the rest of the term when I got up this morning (and panicking for pennies) to 12 hours so far and 1 more learner on my cookery course will mean that will also run so that will be another 8 hours next month.

    Lots of work though to do - gulp, but i'm hoping to bribe Lou with Jaffa Cakes for a few of her handouts for the basic IT course. It's not that I can't teach it, more the sheer amount of work to get ready - putting together handouts etc.

    I was also asked for one of my lesson plans for a class tomorrow. Apparently they are going to use it as part of an exercise in the teacher training class. Gulp! Think I'll take my name off it before I hand it to the tutor and I hope they aren't too critical!
