The day got away from me (not for the first time!) so I haven't completed yesterday's list today (because I completed today's list yesterday - still with me?)

I'm confused now; I think I'd better go and lie down.

  • Hi all, sorry for the whinge/rant to follow:

After my excitement this morning at completing all 3 days so far i got a phonecall from my dad at work at 12 to say he wasn't feeling too well which was odd because he's always 'fine'. So i was panicing, he then phoned back at 12:30 to say he felt really ill and could i come home. I called an ambulance on my way home because he has a history of heart problems and he never says he feels unwell unless he really is! To cut a long story short and after an afternoon of tests, my mum having a mini break down and calming my niece down - he hasn't had another heart attack thankfully but he has an infection which has gotten into his heart so he's being kept in tonight for observations because it sent his heart into arithmia (sp?) and his blood pressure sky high! He eventually admitted he hadn't been feeling well for a few days but didn't want to say anything because they're due to go off on holiday next Wednesday - grrrrrr!

Think i'm going to make a start on tomorrows list to keep me busy because i'm still worrying, until the docs say he's ok to come home i worry it might get worse . Mum's at the hospital, and my niece is in bed so off i go.......

Hugs to all those who need them, especially Toots and L-L!
