No flying tonight. Been swimming and had some lush herring for tea - bought a big heap from the fish market for much cheapness.

Took my Clinique anti-blemish voucher round a couple of department stores and got many free samples.

And took a crap book back to the library and got a better one.

Weds flying will be done tomm as on a late shift starting at 11am.

Dusty- We're still waiting for our swine flu leaflet, meanwhile a bug of some sort is going around the school which results in the kids having flu like symptoms but an upset stomach as well.. How long do you think it will be before my DD comes home with it?

Just watched the programme on BBC about 10 things we should know about sleep. The jetlag bit was very interesting, not sure how many people could starve themselves for that long though. But perhaps the tip that could help more people is the gradual relaxation technique, I have heard of it before but was surprised how well it appeared to work the first time that comedian used it.

I meant to record that :wall: Guess I'll be having a look on iplayer tomorrow

First load of washing will be out of the machine in a few minutes and will risk hanging it out as DD2 will be coming round later to be in when the freezer repair man gets here, so she will keep an eye on it.

Off to make pack up now and then off to w**k.

Have a good day everyone and hugs to pigpen and toots, hope you are both feeling better.
