ok update  will this saga never end!

    NEVER USE PC WORLD EVER

After doing the sysem restore i switched the computer off for a wee while whilst doing housework, went to switch it back on and nothing happens grey screen.
Had enough faffing about with it so i popped into my local independant computer repair shop. Showed them the docket that PC world gave me after thei initial "repair". Not being pc savvy didn't see what the problem was when the indpendant pc man looked gobsmacked.

PC world: cpu fan clips broken so cpu not being cooled, fans cloggeded up with dust. They reseated cpu fan, and now held in place with glue .

Independant PC man: will not touch with a barge pole take it back to PC world tell them this is not acceptable. So it's booked in and will see what the tech guy comes back with now
