I'm sticking my neck out and calling the bottom of the housing market. I see nothing but good news in the media over the last couple of months. Stagnation for 5-10 years and then small rises from this point. I will be buying in the next 3 months unless somebody can prove otherwise.

I was thinking of starting cheap and buying this box for 70 grand (might put in an offer over that, depends how the EA plays it) as this recession is going to be a V shape according to the recent news. This box will be worth at least 250k within five years. It may be a bit tight for my two kids but I'm on 17k a year (alot round these parts) and the wife works part time as a 'sales rep'. Why spend 100-150 grand (although thats cheap) on a 2 bed terrace?
Here have a look:

I'm sticking my neck out and saying 'Don't be fooled'.......there is still an awful lot of bad news to come for the economy, imo.
