first choice have changed my flights

Made a official complaint to first choice while on holiday, all we got was a nice bloke from a call centre ringing me when we got home up to say sorry and that was it, Traveled with various companys for 25years there ain't much to choose between them, but Thomson always seen to go that bit further for you, First Choice unlike their name are bottom of my list.

Just arrived back from Manchester Airport...........14hrs delay. The flight that was meant to leave at 12.30 tonight is now going at 2.30 tomorrow. First choice offered to put us up in hotel and are giving us £6 pp to spend on refreshments tomorrow.

Didnt take the hotel as we live about 30mins from airport.............just feel so disappointed........they have robbed us of part of our holiday!

Any advice please???

my advice is go back to the hotel... have a few beers with your 6 pounds and start your holiday. you can sort all this bad service out on you return.

You may have a claim on your holiday insurance and a lot of calls/ letters to make to the tour op. but for now... enjoy... your on holiday. really hope you have a good one...

didnt bother with the hotel..........went home .Was so fed up!! Effectively, we lose part of the day and night of our holiday.
We should have left at 12.30 last night and arrived at 3.30pm in Goa. Now we leave at 2.30 thsi afternoon and arrive in Goa for 5am in the morning!!!!
