:D oeee check you out balcony state rooms fantastic :T:Txx

and well done to your daughter sounds like she has a few exciting months ahead.

She has, she's always wanted to do something like it and it was now or never, she knew that it could jeapordise getting in with this year's crop of graduate jobs if she was away but she has just hit the jackpot :D

And I know! brill isn't it! two probs though, one, she's spending my inheritance!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: and two, it's Mum's 70th THIS July and I desperately need to win a London theatre break or similar as I want to do something special for hers but on our budget. Fingies crossed, actually, uncrossed I should go comp to win her something lol
That ain't working! That's the way to do it, money for nothing and TV's for free ;)
  • Yes that would be lovely a theatre break always fancied one of them myself:D
Just back into comping past few months to help me get over rubbish in life.... won Hotpoint fridge freezer, soda stream

    Evening all. :hello:

    Congratulations RCB!

Gorgeous dog Barnabysue, hope you'll be very happy together. :D

I'm after some advice :o - if your hubby had 6 points on their license (3 of which run out in August) and just got another 3, would you:

    - let him take them himself, causing a further £20 penalty in his insurance and risking a ban if he gets caught again in the next 3 months?
    - add them on your clean license?
    2017 Wins: £200 (Total since 2008: £43,827!)
Best wins: £5000 with ITV , Trips to New York fashion week/Malta/Lake Como/Paris/London/St Mellion spa, iPhones, iPad, TVs, vouchers
    May-Oct: 0 Nov: £200.10
  • Personally not liking men much at the moment lol and to teach him a lesson and depending what he got them for

Though if his work depends on car etc would take them though would warn him if ever happened again etc

Do you mind me asking what he got them for?
    xx

    xx
All of them have been speeding but the last one was the most stupid of the lot! We have this really long hill with houses and therefor cars parked from about halfway up and the coppers like to park in amongst those parked cars and catch people speeding up the hill. Hubby was on his way down and noticed them parked but didn't bother to check his speed because he assumed they were only checking people on the other side of the road!!! !!!!!!?!?!? To top it all he then claimed it was impossible to do 30 going down the hill, !!!!!! does he think his brakes are for?!?! :rolleyes2  :wall:

I initially said I wasn't going to take them because he obviously needs to be on his last warning to learn his lesson and I really don't want to spoil the clean slate I've had since I got my license but I'm wondering if I'm just being silly and selfish. :o I'm also a bit concerned that if he gets stopped by a copper (as opposed to being caught by a camera) in the next 3 months, he won't be able to say someone else was driving and will actually lose his license!

:rotfl::rotfl: I know, I did worry a bit about someone in authority reading it :o:D but can you believe the insurance people just asked hubby if someone would be able to take the points for him? :rotfl:
