How do Ebay get away with this?

There are landlords who can do just that, take stuff of shelves,.
Sounds lucrative, enforce what a tenant sells, it is their property so if its in the lease they can do it,.
I suppose this is right in the case of counterfeits, but it's more likely they would keep their mouths shut and leave it to trading standards, most landlords are just happy to be getting the rent in today's economy.
In any case though a shop owner would have a chance to plead their case or prove their innocence, which i think is the point being made.I still can't work out why people get so worked up about Ebay and how bad they are and then continue to use them.
it's simple, lack of a suitable alternative.0 -
Oh it just keeps getting better and better...
I have now told Ebay about six times that the seller is not business registered. After the sixth time they said that they would investigate but could not divulge information - but the seller's listings are still active.
Ebay VERO programme have contacted me to say that the seller has not received an e-mail from me. Of course the seller has, I can just see the seller denying any knowledge from now on.
How is this allowed to happen in this country?0
